A fantastic opportunity has just become available for an ambitious and skilled commercial property solicitor to join a busy firm based in Coventry. This high-quality, well established firm are known for their exemplary level of service and forward thinking. Their expert teams are committed to their client's success and offer specialist advice across a broad range of matters. The successful candidate will- Manage their own caseload of quality commercial property transactional work, including handling freehold and leasehold and commercial conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Use your excellent communication and time management skills to ensure that clients receive the highest level of care and support. Be offered a competitive salary along with scope for growth and progression. The ideal candidate for this role will be confident, efficient and enthusiastic. They will also bring with them around three years or more post-qualified experience; however, this is just a guideline and you are still encouraged to apply if you fall outside of this.
