Commercial Asbestos Surveyor £25,000 - £28,000 Company Vehicle Benefits Coventry, West Midlands With over 20 years trading experience, this medium sized UKAS accredited Environmental Consultancy, are looking for a P402 Asbestos Surveyor to join their Midlands base due to an increase in workload across the West Midlands and neighbouring regions. Our client employs highly trained specialists, providing high quality and comprehensive Asbestos Removals and Survey services for an impressive portfolio of clients in the Residential, Commercial and Retail clients and clients across the Building & Construction sectors. This is a perfect opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor, with the BOHS P402/RSPH3 equivalent qualification, to conduct a range of Management, Refurbishment and Demolition type surveys on a range of contracts in the Commercial, Transport, Educational and Healthcare sectors. What do you need? You will need the BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualification for Asbestos Surveying and Sampling to be considered with a minimum of two years (post qualification) field experience. We are also looking for you to hold a full UK driving license, possess knowledge and experience of Asbestos Surveying, flexible to the Midlands and further afield when required, and have strong communication and IT skills, for report submissions and client facing roles. On offer is a salary of up to £28,000 depending on your experience, with an additional company vehicle, pension scheme and the opportunity to progress your career forwards into Management style positions.
