Overview
Litigation Solicitor - Head of Department - Coventry Excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Midlands firm and head up their busy Litigation department in Coventry. The firm has a strong presence in Warwickshire area and offers a range of commercial and private client services, which is reflected in the work on offer for the Litigation department. Such work includes property disputes, debt, contested probate and inheritance disputes, commercial contracts, and landlord and tenant matters as well as other civil and commercial litigation work. As the head of litigation, your role will be to balance servicing a caseload of disputes while overseeing the wider department, including fee earners based in other offices across Warwickshire. You will be responsible for the daily supervision and performance of the team, training, recruitment, departmental budgets and targets. The role will suit an ambitious commercially minded senior associate level solicitor looking for the challenge of running a team, or an existing head of department.
