COURT OF PROTECTION FEE EARNER REDHILL, SURREY SALARY: £45K-65K, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE Our client is a long established, award winning Top 200 law firm with offices in Surrey and South West London. Ranked in the UK Chambers & Partners Directory, a Lexcel accredited Law Firm and has been awarded a Silver Accreditation for Investors in People. As the firm grows, they are wanting to expand their Private Client Team in Redhill with an exceptional 3 PQE Court of Protection Fee Earner. The role will primarily be to advise and support clients on all Court of Protection matters including managing/making decisions relating to property and financial affairs, preparing LPA's, drafting applications to the Court of Protection, preparation of annual reports and billing and file management.
