Overview
My client is a Legal 200 regional law firm with an established foothold in Redhill representing the interests of its vulnerable clients. The firms Court of Protection team is now looking to bolster this busy department with the addition of a fee earner. The ideal candidate will be a qualified fee earner with at least 3 years' experience in decisions relating to property and financial affairs, preparing LPA’s, drafting applications to the Court of Protection and preparation of annual reports. Given the nature of the clients and area of law, you must be a conscientious individual with enhanced critical thinking abilities, highly organised and have strong analytical skills.
