Overview
Multi-accredited practice in Surrey seeks a talented Senior Court of Protection Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client, a well-established firm in Redhill, is actively seeking solicitors and legal executives with at least 3 years’ experience in all Court of Protection matters. The successful applicant will handle a demanding caseload of Court of Protection matters, representing clients in everyday execution of their affairs and in the protection from and prosecution against abuse, coercion and exploitation. Responsibilities • Advising and supporting clients on all Court of Protection matters • Property and financial affairs • Lasting powers of attorney • Drafting applications to the Court of Protection • Preparing annual reports • Billing • File management The Candidate • Solicitors and legal executives with at least 3 years’ PQE • Solid experience in Court of Protection matters gained within a reputable firm • Has a high level of commercial awareness • Strong attention to detail and good drafting skills • Able to work as part of a team and support junior staff • Excellent communication skills The Firm Our client has several offices across Greater London and is currently expanding, looking for high-calibre staff intending to pursue a substantial and rewarding career with the firm.
