Overview
Court of Protection Lawyer 3 - 5 PQE Surrey My client, a top 200 law firm with offices in Surrey and London are currently looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor. You will be responsible for advising and supporting clients on all Court of Protection matters including managing/making decisions relating to property and financial affairs, preparing LPA's, drafting applications to the Court of Protection, preparation of annual reports and billing and file management. As the successful candidate, you will ideally have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a Court of Protection role with a high level of commercial awareness. You will have the ability to work as part of a team as well as be able to support the more junior staff members.
