In-House Commercial Lawyer | Central Birmingham | Competitive Salary A leading multinational professional services organisation is on the lookout for a Commercial Lawyer to join their Birmingham head office as In-House Counsel. Role Summary As the appointed In-House Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal support to the business in several different areas, including: Litigation Counselling Corporate Commercial Employment law About You The business is seeking a Legal Counsel with: 5 years’ PQE (or equivalent) as a Commercial Solicitor Extensive knowledge of English law Previous experience of working in an in-house role Exposure to clients in the commercial or corporate sectors Knowledge of data protection and GDPR (advantageous) On Offer The successful Legal Counsel will be rewarded with a competitive salary dependant on experience.
