A regional high street practice who boast an excellent reputation in the North West legal market is expanding their dedicated Private Client department and is looking for a confident and capable private client solicitor to augment the team. Working out of modern offices in the heart of Warrington, Cheshire, you will be joining an experienced team, working on an array of private client matters including, wills & probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts & estates and court of protection matters. Ideally you will have exposure to or previous experience in handling contested probate matters and a desire to undertake some contested matters. You will have a solid grounding in handling private client cases from start to finish, working as part of a reputable team. This is your chance to engage with your clients on a regular basis and have real face to face contacts, to ensure that you can build long standing relationships and generate future business. You will be actively encouraged to get involved with business development activities and assist in driving the department forward.
