Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Part Qualified Finance Analyst to join a growing team within a reputable expanding business in the Warrington area. Reporting to the FP&A Manager and working as part of an experienced team you will provide accurate, detailed analysis for new business leads. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a role that will enable them to progress, qualify but more importantly make an impact. As Part Qualified Finance Analyst you will be responsible for: Producing detailed analysis on new business tender opportunities and make observations and recommendations based on the information provided Producing commercial elements for new business proposals and business opportunities 'Costing up' new business opportunities Industry investigation including market, customer and competitor analysis Supporting the commercial manager on the provision of any commercial analysis Providing analytical support to senior directors as required Liaising with other departments, centralised administration and IT team To apply for the role you must: Have excellent numerical & analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Be financially aware, have at least two years' experience in a similar role (working with data) and be able to demonstrate how your analysis has brought about business efficiency's or benefits. Be studying towards ACCA/CIMA Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience using the higher level features such as V-lookup, pivot tables and conditional formatting features. Be a confident communicator both written and verbally as they will be working closely with members of senior management. Be well organised and comfortable in working both individually and in a team.
