If so, we are looking for an experienced Nursery Nurse within the WA5 area to join an excellent team and to work alongside the management team to deliver exceptional childcare and to build secure foundations for lifelong learning. You will be become an integral part of the team with a good sense of responsibility and have a sense of ownership. You would be a cohesive team player and understand fully that you are there to see children as individuals allowing them to progress. Particular qualities required are the ability to respond positively and effectively to children's interests and fascinations, having respect for the children and their families, as well as supporting learning through creativity and a challenging environment, to include an engagement with nature . 40 hours per week - 0700 - 1900 on a shift pattern Age group: 0 -5 years What are we looking for? * Being able to understand and apply the EYFS in order to nurture and children's learning and development by providing stimulating and educational experiences. * Be able to do observations, planning and create a stimulating environment. * Be animated and lively for the children * To build strong relationships with children and their families and also to work strongly within a team to deliver high quality childcare. * Be a true and trusted practitioner to take children on a journey from start to end. * Level 3 EYE qualified or above * Experienced Nursery Practitioner * Passion for the role * Stable career history The Setting * Award winning nursery * You will have a mentor and excellent training opportunities * Team is made up of 75 employees with low staff turnover * Holiday bonus scheme * Pension For an initial confidential conversation contact us today!
