Your New Role This team advise on a wide range of corporate transactions and commercial law matters. The Corporate Commercial Lawyer will act for entrepreneurs and businesses on a wide range of matters including: Share and business sales and acquisitions (M&A) Share Restructuring Range of commercial contracts Joint ventures and shareholder agreements Investments Target of 4 Chargeable Hours a day.
