A large investment bank are looking for a banking lawyer with lending/restructuring experience to join their London office. This role requires candidates to have: 3-7 years PQE Lending/restructuring/emerging markets experience The role will involve: Advising on legal and regulatory aspects of structuring and executing loan transactions in Emerging Markets Advising on Loan Market Association market standards in relation to loan products Providing restructuring advice, including exit default and enforcement strategies Reviewing and negotiating finance and other documentation
