At the more senior level - if you have your own contacts to bring with you, this firm will work with you on transition them with ease. For junior to mid-level, and you do not have your own contacts to bring, they will work with you and provide you will full support for you to develop into an autonomous role with your own client base. The Role The firm are seeking to hire an experienced Corporate Partner in London You will be working in one of the most well-established Corporate teams in the City, and will play a pivotal role working alongside the other Partners to drive the department forwards, ensuring future success. They are looking for a forward thinking motivated Senior Lawyer with s fresh outlook on how to further develop this team in London. The work will depend upon your previous experience and potential transferrable caseload however, the team are expected to work across: Mergers and Acquisitions Joint Ventures Corporate Finance and some general Company Commercial work. This firm attract a high-end client base across a wide range of business sectors, through their impressive reputation and forward-thinking approach to marketing and business development.
