Overview

Swedish speaking Helpdesk Call Analyst £18,000 Great opportunity for outgoing and confident native-level Swedish speaker with great customer service, call centre or retail experience to work for expanding organisation based in the heart of Nottingham city centre. Working within a fast paced and busy environment you will be providing first line support to Swedish and English speaking clients. Duties will involve quickly establishing / building rapport with their clients and resolving queries within service level agreements, logging calls to their internal systems and, where necessary, transferring (and monitoring to successful conclusion) to their technical teams for more in-depth support. Our client is very customer focused, honest and open and they are really passionate about what they do and like to recruit staff who can share their values. Which means that you must also be willing to use your initiative, take ownership, act with integrity and value the opinions of others and also always look to improve. Customer service, call centre, help desk or retail experience is essential. You must be able to speak English and Swedish fluently to a native level. The role involves weekends and shifts on a rota basis. The role would really suit an enthusiastic, customer focused individual who is keen to move away from a front facing retail role and work within an office environment with an upbeat, friendly team.
