Fresh opportunities for front of house staff in our Michelin two-starred restaurant - We are looking for a Chef de Rang with Fine Dining/ Michelin experience to join our award winning team at Whatley Manor Hotel & Spa - You will take ownership of our guests' individual needs and of course provide the highest level of hospitality and service. Whatley Manor Hotel and Spa is a luxury 5 hotel that operates like a house and feels like a home. Less than 30 minutes from Chippenham, Stroud, Tetbury and Cirencester, we are commutable from many locations in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bath & Bristol. This beautifully restored 18th century manor house hotel and spa offers a grown up getaway in the heart of the Cotswolds. Set in 12 acres of beautifully kept gardens, we have 23 individually decorated rooms and suites and a range of dining options including our Michelin two-starred restaurant ‘The Dining Room’ and Grey's Brasserie, Whatley’s answer to casual dining. A unique addition to our food offering is The Green Room, a small plate concept where our innovative chefs prepare expertly crafted dishes in front of our guests.
