An experienced General Manager within B&I or Private Education Sector needed The role: Management of an onsite catering department of both day to day dining as well as hospitality Full financial responsibility of the business; To lead, motivate and develop the existing team; Chair and attend project meetings when required; Support delivery of operational changes; The Company: A market leader within the contract catering sector. The Requirements: Previous experience in B&I or Education sector of Contract Catering is a MUST. A passionate individual towards excellent food and service standards. Great people management skill as well as practical HR knowledge. Excellent knowledge of fine dining standard. A Self-starter and true team player who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and lead from the front.
