Our client is looking for General Project Coordinator (Construction)


Qualifications

Extensive experience in construction project coordination with a thorough understanding of architectural and engineering processes.Proficient in coordinating MEP systems and interpreting complex construction plans.Strong knowledge of construction management software, specifically CAT and Rabbet.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of negotiating and resolving issues professionally.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple aspects of construction projects efficiently.Up-to-date knowledge of current construction regulations and standards, with the ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between architects, engineers, and construction teams, ensuring accurate execution of plans on site.Oversee and ensure compliance with MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) plans and their alignment with architectural drawings.Facilitate project planning, assisting in obtaining necessary permits and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.Verify that subdrawings and construction activities adhere to approved plans and specifications.Effectively manage communications to resolve discrepancies between planned designs and on-site execution.Maintain project schedules, ensuring structural elements and materials meet specified standards.
