Customer Account Specialist Contract Position (initial 6 months) Competitive Hourly Rate (Umbrella/PAYE) Mon-Fri with half day Fri West Midlands based Urgent requirement, under 4 week notice highly preferable Our successful Aerospace client is looking for a Customer Account Specialist to work on an initial 6-month contract (potential extension) to join their workforce. With heavy customer focused responsibilities, candidates should apply if they have an excellent telephone manner, seek customer satisfaction and have a drive to provide an excellent service. Customer Account Specialist Job Description Responsible for the administration of a number of customer accounts who have a significant value to the company Dealing with customer issues and liaising with other departments to ensure all aspects of customer account administration are resolved Act as a liaison between customers, programme management and operations Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure timely resolution of open actions for all customer service-related issues Provide an excellent customer service through communication and problem solving Manage customer orders through the business MRP system. Input of customer and order data relating to order management making sure all information is up to date Coordinate approvals for non-standard pricing internally and with the customer Ensure compliance with company procedures Essential Skills Previous customer service experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment Excellent telephone manner Previous customer/account management experience Strong computer skills including Microsoft office Customer Account Specialist Desirable Skills Aerospace customer manufacturing/engineering background
