Housing Officer job in London paying £30,000 per annum full time permanent Your new company My client is a leading property management organisation who manage properties on behalf of local authorities. They lead in mixed tenure housing management and deliver tailored solutions to over 20,000 affordable and market homes Your new role As a Housing Officer you will take ownership for a patch of properties and ensure that customer satisfaction and stakeholder relationships are met. You will ensure services are aligned to customer and community needs and that my client leads in performance and customer excellence. You will work proactively with customers, managing expectations, to ensure that they are able to have successful tenancies and have a positive view of their environment and landlord. You will proactively support team members to deliver seamless services in line with the Corporate Strategy What you'll need to succeed This role requires candidates with strong knowledge of all aspects of Housing Management as well as resolving anti-social behaviour cases, tenancy enquiries, rent collection, estate inspection and lettings. Working alongside external management companies & stakeholders is also a very key part of the role. What you'll get in return A competitive salary of between £30,000 per annum and 23 days holiday per year including public holidays.
