A large Charity in Central London looking for a Part Time Pensions Adminstrator to join the team immediately. Client Details My client is a large Not for Profit organisation in Central London Description To maintain appropriate policies, forms and other documentation for the smooth administration of the Group Flexible Retirement Plan (GFRP) To draft communications to staff related to pension arrangements To ensure that pension contributions are correctly deducted from members and paid to the pensions provider on a timely basis To take responsibility for the monthly auto enrolment process and tri-annual re-enrolment process To act as the key point of contact for staff on the pension arrangements and process pension changes requested by staff (e.g. increase to contribution rates) To maintain accurate historical and current pensions and employment related data To provide information on pensions and life assurance costs for budgeting and financial planning purposes Keep abreast of any changes in pension legislation and advise management of the implications Profile Sound understanding of UK Pensions Legislation Payroll administration Relevant Pensions Qualification Strong numeracy skills Excellent attention to detail Job Offer £13-15ph
