This will include understanding the processes undertaken by the HR Workforce Analytics team. A typical day would include activities such as: Understand data needs and utilize MS systems to complete reports Liaise with broader team to capture analytics requirements and identify analytical solutions to meet the need Improve and review existing reporting capabilities and processes to adapt to new requirements Maintain relationship with HR Business Partners and functional teams to ensure their data needs are met Work with global Workforce Analytics team on large scale global projects You must have Five GCSE grades C - A (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths Three A levels at grades A-C (or 240 UCAS points or new tariff equivalent) Skills needed: Data oriented with strong attention to detail High-level of initiative & self-motivation Thorough attention to detail with high levels of accuracy Team player & able to work under pressure Highly organised Strong ability to multi-task & handle working in a fast-paced environment Results oriented, driven & eager to succeed Ability to build and maintain relationships within HR & broader client base Strong presentation & communication skills Passionate about delivering excellent service to clients Ability to manage projects, daily responsibilities & ensure accurate production of analytics Perks and benefits Amazing location Bike to work scheme Discounts Health cover Mentor scheme Pension Showers on-site Social events Volunteering WhiteHat community Training provided: Training on the 18 month Standard Level 4 Data Analytics (DA4) apprenticeship.
