White Goods / Appliance Engineer Bristol £25,000 per annum Our client is an established domestic white goods service provider. Due to continued ongoing growth they are looking to recruit an experienced appliance engineer. The right candidate will be enthusiastic, with a flexible approach, able to work well as part of a small team as well as individually and have excellent customer service skills. Job Description Driving to customer premises in and around the BS postcode region servicing a range of domestic appliances. Conduct assessment and complete diagnostic checks to confirm the fault or repair / parts required. Apply skills and knowledge to provide a complete repair service aiming to fix appliances where authorised on the first visit. Liaising with the office Admin team on stock required to complete repairs if they cannot offer a one visit repair to enable correct ordering of the required part, relaying any further details that may be relevant for reporting purposes. Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience of working on a variety of appliances including washing machines, cookers, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, tumble dryers, hobs etc. Experience working across a variety of multi brands. Ability to install Integrated appliances Ability to read technical drawings Able to work on own initiative Demonstrate good working practice Exceptional customer care Excellent communication skills Flexible approach to all situations Full, clean & current driving license Good understanding of Health & Safety Working Hours: Monday - Friday, based on 35 Hours Per Week and an average 8 jobs per day.
