Platinum Motor Group HR Administrator The Platinum Group is a highly successful automotive retailer operating dealerships within the Bath, Wiltshire and Somerset areas. We require a highly organised and efficient individual to join our HR team. You must possess excellent communication and organisation skills. The ideal candidate will: Have previous HR Administrator experience, but not essential Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and independently to be able to meet deadlines. Excellent time management and organisational skills Able to be trusted with confidential information Be computer literate Key responsibilities will include: Carrying out the new starter processes, including preparing of offer letters of employment, Contracts and the putting together of induction packs Carrying out Company administration procedures with regards to leavers within the Group Updating and maintaining the HR/Payroll database with starters, leavers and any other changes. Preparing letters and all HR correspondence Providing information for the Payroll Department Dealing with recruitment for the Group by placing adverts and arranging interviews. Dealing with all HR related queries from employees Weekly absence reporting Preparing of reports for Directors Answering the HR Telephone line Arranging First Aid and Fire Training for the Group Monitoring staff end of probation reviews and appraisals The hours will be 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm We offer 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
