Overview
We construct a lot of things from concrete - buildings, bridges, roads, tunnels, and more. It's a great material but after time it will need repairs and there are a number of specialist contractors engaged in this type of work. One of the country's leading contractors is getting pretty busy in the Yorkshire region and is looking for a Site Engineer to join the team. For works based around Leeds we're looking for an Engineer, qualified to degree level, ideally with a background in structural repair techniques such as crack injection, leak sealing, sprayed gunite, self-compacting concrete, etc… Duties will include the creation of risk assessments and method statements, performing on-site surveys, keeping records, checking permits, and more. It is a predominantly site based role with travel expected around Yorkshire.
