Overview
Role: Site Manager Rate: £220-£270 Location: Leeds Start Date: End of March My client is a main contractor in the New Build Market, dealing in multiple sectors but most importantly in this case in the Industrial Sector. The job is new build Industrial Unit that you will be going in to look after the full build from initial earth works right through to completion and handover, £4 Million in value and build be a Steel frame build. Ideal Site Manager candidate will have: Desired experience: - New Build Experience - Operated as a Site Manager level for at least the past 5 years - Experience in dealing with New build jobs from point to end. - Experienced in dealing with the client All applicants MUST have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
