Overview

Do you have an interest in interior design within the construction industry? If so I have an exciting new opportunity that I am fortunate enough to share with you. My clients are specialist fit-out contractors and manufacturers of bespoke furniture that are now looking for Site Managers to join their growing team. Job Role The Successful Site Managers will report directly to the Contracts Manager and will be based on site within Yorkshire, however will be required to attend the offices when between projects. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to; Liaising with sub-contractors and clients at all levels in a professional manner to ensure projects are managed safely and efficiently Responsible and accountable for health, safety and welfare of all persons on site Carrying out health & safety audits Completing related reports for internal and client reference Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings Implementation of specific change / training needs as required Filing specific paperwork onto digital Project Files and checking of site paperwork post project completion Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project Essential Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a Site Management role Experience managing fit out projects SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid Asbestos Awareness Experience using Microsoft Excel and MS Project/Asta Powerproject Excellent organisation and time management skills Excellent understanding of CDM regulations 2015, health and safety on site and the prevention of accidents As this is a site based role a driving License and use of own vehicle for site attendances, surveys and client meetings is required. Business mileage expenses are payable by the Company.
