Overview
Have you got experience working on M.O.J projects? Do you enjoy the challenge of working to tight deadlines? One of the largest global construction contractors are currently looking for a Site manager to join their Yorkshire region. The initial project is a 14 month programme running from beginning of Q2 working on a £15million M.O.J project. The successful site manager will be working alongside a project manager, contracts manager and quantity surveyor and responsible for but not limited to; Communicating with clients and subcontractors Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings Coordinating and supervising construction workers Ensuring construction and site safety Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project Ensuring the clients requirements and specifications are being met Requirements; SMSTS CSCS First Aid Experience working on projects from pre- start to hand over Experience using PowerProject or similar systems Experience working on hotel projects or SFS (Steel frame structures) is desirable Package & benefits; Negotiable salary Company car or car allowance 22 days holiday plus stats Up to 8% employers pension contribution Childcare vouchers Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
