Accounts Payable Clerk Vacancy at a Leading Marketing Agency Your new company Your new company is a leading marketing agency based in Berkshire. They are fast growing and dynamic, looking for a new Accounts Payable recruit to join the team and grow with the business. Your new role Ensure that high volumes of invoices are accurately coded and posted. Deal with queries promptly Follow up on invoice approval Submit supplier payments for approval within relevant payment terms Assist in the management of Concur, the online expense system Provide holiday cover for other members of the ledger team Provide business support to stakeholders DLX system training - invoice approval workflow Concur system training - employee expenses What you'll need to succeed You will need: Flare for finance Knowledge of double entry accounting Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Vlookup and Pivots) Ability to produce a reconciliation What you'll get in return A competitive benefits package including holiday bonus schemes and generous pension.
