Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Executive, London, Retail Company, £25,000, Immediate Start Our client, a leading luxury brand retail manufacturer and distributor, are looking to recruit a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their brand new office in Central London. An incredibly well-established company, our client is based in an exciting part of the capital and are seeking the right candidate to join them as soon as possible. Our client work with world-renowned brands including Diesel, Tom Ford and Guess, have close to 2000 employees worldwide and have showrooms in 4 major international cities. Established over 50 years ago, our client work alongside 150 distribution companies and, over the last few years, have announced exciting new joint ventures and renewed corporate agreements. Given their increasing popularity and success, they are new actively seeking a fantastic Norwegian-speaking candidate to build up their customer service operation. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include: Handling inbound calls and emails from customers, acting as the first point of contact for orders Managing customer orders and back office activities Supporting the sales teams through returns and fulfilling customer requests Resolving issues and managing tasks relating to returns Working closely across a variety of teams to resolve any customer issues Managing customer orders from Sales Representatives, and liaising with suppliers in order to be considered for these positions, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following: Fluency in Norwegian (in addition to English) Experience in handling inbound calls and emails in a fast-paced customer service environment Experience of managing customer orders from start to completion Genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer service Articulate telephone manner Fun, sociable personality Our client are looking to secure the right candidates immediately, so any interested candidates are urged to apply at their earliest convenience Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
