Overview
A leading Mortgage and IFA is currently seeking a Mortgage Adviser to join their growing team due to an increase in business levels. The role will be to provide full mortgage and protection advice to an existing, warm client bank and you will be adept at dealing with a range of clients. You will also be expected to develop relationships in order to develop new business opportunities and cross sell/refer business to colleagues as appropriate. Previous experience of working in a team environment and building relationships would be a distinct advantage. You will have full CeMAP or equivalent and current knowledge of mortgages, with the ability to deal with high volumes of business whilst maintaining an exemplary service to a discerning clientele. You will receive full admin and compliance support and will be assisted and expected to develop new revenue streams as required. Strong teamwork and communication skills are a minimum requirement, along with a demonstrable track record in mortgage advice.
