PARTNER OPERATIONS LEAD 12-month FTC, London based - up to £53k/annum benefits My Client, an international tech business famous for its defining search engine along with other tech products, is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist with demonstrated background in partner activation for a software company. Responsibilities include: Execute, measure and iterate on EMEA Cloud Partner outbound activation initiatives for the channel program Analyze and drive regional Partner Activation team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs); design and deploy improvements Design and maintain operational dashboards Pre-empt, manage, and mitigate regional partner escalations Represent the voice of potential partners, in internal discussions to improve our Cloud products and channel offerings Skills required: 7 years' professional experience in partner activation (marketing, sales planning, and/or sales) Experience (2 years) working at a top Enterprise software company in operations Experience in analyzing data: skilled in SQL querying and E-T-L for data and creating operational dashboard Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) as CRM/PRM in a support operations environment If you think you are the right Candidate for this role, please don't hesitate to apply.
