Overview
Introduction FPSG, working in close partnership with a leading Commercial Law Firm in Scotland, have a brilliant opportunity for a Commercial Dispute Resolution solicitor to join our client's office in Edinburgh city centre. Arising as part of continued success in their sector, our client is looking to expand their DR practice with this role playing a key part in that development. The successful candidate will be part of a team which carries out a wide range of commercial litigation transactions. Role Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include a wide range of activities involving commercial disputes, advising and representing clients in all forms of dispute forums (litigation, arbitration, mediation etc.) on a very varied range of disputes in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts. Person Specification As a successful Solicitor, you will have previous experience within a similar role (either during Traineeship or post-qualification). Additional experience required for this role includes: Experience in Commercial Dispute Resolution. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Enthusiastic approach to work.
