Overview

A wonderful opportunity has become available to join our client as a Customer Service Representative. Based in Engollan, Cornwall, you will join a team of enthusiastic, wonderful and vibrant staff helping to deliver the best customer service resulting in a positive outcome for all of the companies customers. Previous experience with telephone sales and customer service is desirable but not essential. The typical duties involve: • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and online chat. • Handling enquiries ranging from order status, general product information, technical issues and pricing. • Dealing with customer refunds, credits and return requests. • Handling customer escalations in a professional manner and transferring them to appropriate supervisor or peer. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and communicating them to supervisor/manager. • Occasionally helping in our factory shop and getting to know our customers A successful Customer Service Representative will have: • Excellent English oral and written skills. • Enthusiasm for problem solving. • Initiative and decisiveness. • Good computer skills - internet and email Your own transportation is advised due to the location of the company and typical working hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
