Overview

My client is a global firm based in the city with an exciting opportunity for an HR management Information and Systems manager. The crucial part of this to manage HY Systems and the Analytics team with providing in depth knowledge, direction to strengthen the capability in the team. You will influence the strategic use of people data to deliver high quality management reporting. The role will entail: Ownership of all people/HR reporting this will include employee data, headcount reporting, KPIs, dashboards, pay and benefits. Providing specialist reporting including diversity and organisational structures. Providing project support on data for the wider HR team Developing accessible reporting to the wider business Working with the HR operations team to deliver and identify new technology Monitoring and being a champion for HR systems and dealing with any escalations Identifying continuous improvement opportunities across systems and intranet to drive HR process efficiency Working with technology opportunities to digitise and streamline HR data and MI capability and deliver new technology Ensuring data compliance in line with legal regulations including GDPR. Project support Applicants will have extensive experience of MI reports and working with complex data structures across different systems. You will have High level knowledge of working with HR systems and processes.
