School Administrators Needed Are you a confident and experienced administrator who can offer business support within and education environment? If so, we want to hear from you Right now, we are recruiting for temporary and permanent Administrators, PA Secretaries and Receptionist looking for long, short-term and temporary to permanent opportunities in South East London. Apply now if you have previous education experience, a strong administration background and an understanding of safeguarding and issues surrounding it. There are a range of duties that you can expect to carry-out. These include but are not limited to data reporting, telephone and face-to-face communication, writing letters, responding to emails, minute taking, arranging meetings and appointments, liaising with staff, parents and pupils and reporting to the Senior Leadership Team. Essential Requirements: Data Entry skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Punctual, polite and professional A strong desire to do well Desirable Requirements: A recent First Aid Certificate Financial administration experience You must have the ability to follow and adhere to policies and procedures regarding Safe Guarding, Behaviour, Welfare, Health and Safety, Child Protection, Equality and Diversity and Code of Conduct.
