Overview
We are looking for motivated, reliable people to join our dedicated team of staff to support people with learning & physical disabilities to help them lead personalized and rewarding lives. We are looking to fill positions in the Reading, Earley, Woodley, Wokingham, Bracknell and Sandhurst areas. You will be required to remain in line with the values and policies of the organization, enabling people we support to lead independent and fulfilling lives. We offer regular and permanent shifts, with flexibility to suit your schedule and family commitment.You will report into the Registered Manager, Operations Manager, and Service Managers. General Responsibilities: To provide professional support to all individuals in your care, as outlined in their care plans and assist in providing personal care as they require. To support individuals to make informed decisions and choices about their lives. Be capable to take the appropriate course of action in the case of emergencies. Attend and participate in meetings as well as attend mandatory training and maintain continuing personal development (CPD). Be able to handle problems tactfully and diplomatically whilst remaining fully transparent with the management team. Keep safe and ensure the safety of others at work. Be punctual and reliable.
