Overview
Responsibilities include: Purchase Ledger - accurately coding and posting supplier invoices, reconciling supplier statements, preparing and posting weekly payment runs, setting up new supplier’s accounts and liaising with suppliers to resolve queries. Administer direct debit mandates and ensure the standing data on supplier accounts is kept up to date Process company expense claims Manage the petty cash transactions Manage the corporate credit card and expense process in the company, including acting as an administrator for MiVision credit card system Maintain the fixed asset register Assist with the production of management accounts Maintain thorough and well organised filing system Weekly cash flow forecasting Prepare and review quarterly OOPs analysis Support FC on adhoc tasks
