Overview
Pertemp's Crawley are working with a leading Aviation company in the Crawley area who are looking for a Sales Support Specialist within their AOG Function: Duties include: -Provide out of hours support for PBH contracts -Manage customer accounts -Manage and process customer AOG and out of hours requirements -Locate components to fulfil customer requirements -Process sale orders, purchase orders and pick tickets -Pursue new markets and customers -Provide regular reports to the sales team on quotations -Understand and adhere to Export Control regulations where relevant -Negotiate purchase prices and payment terms -Working under strict time constraints -Liaise with personnel in all other departments at all levels to ensure the smooth running of the company Requirements: -Experience the Aviation industry -Knowledge of Quantum -Excellent communication skills -Flexible to varied working hours The hours for this role are based on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern consisting on 12 hour shifts.
