Overview
M&A Manager opportunity within a leading independent Corporate Finance Boutique offering involvement in a range of Mid-Market M&A transactions and excellent commission earnings. THE COMPANY An established M&A / Corporate Finance Advisory practice with a growing presence in Central London. Led by Directors with significant M&A and Lead Advisory experience the firm specialises in the Mid-Market space (£10m - £100m Deal Values) and has a track record of successful completions across TMT, Healthcare / Life Sciences, FinTech and Business Services. THE OPPORTUNITY As a Manager within the M&A team you will be primarily responsible for leading transactions involving entrepreneurial SME / owner-managed businesses and Private Equity investors. You will also support Directors with the ongoing growth of the Central London office and the training and development of staff. As a Manager your responsibilities will include: Managing Mergers, Acquisitions and Company Sales transactions involving Trade and PE buyers Managing a range of deliverables including target research, IM, forecasts, financial models and pitch documents Reviewing legal documents, progressing deals to HoT and completion Supporting a Director in all aspects of Lead Advisory work during meetings and negotiations with buyers, vendors and investors You will be rewarded with Exposure to a good volume of Mid-Market M&A transactions across a range of specialist sectors Competitive salary and benefits package Excellent annual bonus earnings of up to 100% salary (paid quarterly) Opportunities for career progression as the business continues to expand THE PERSON You will be an M&A / Corporate Finance professional able to demonstrate the following: ACA Qualified and a background within Top 4 Practice 4 - 5 years Corporate Finance experience (Lead Advisory or Transaction Advisory Services) Strong understanding of Transaction processes Strong communicator with client / project management skills and experience Please contact Alastair McLean at Lucas McLean Recruitment to discuss this opportunity.
