Senior Contract Manager
Overview
Required - Contract Manager Location - Coventry Employment type - Contract (maximum 6 months) Day rate - flexible Badenoch Clark are currently looking for a Contract Manager to work with a respected public sector organisation based in Coventry. The candidate would benefit from experience working on contracts in finance or corporate services. This Contract will be for a maximum of 6 months although this could be shorter. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering fair customer outcomes and industry standard customer service through the whole customer journey from first contact to redemption. Rigorous management of third-party vendors and IT providers is critical to the role. The individual is responsible for ensuring delivery of KPIs, behaviours and an industry standard customer experience. You will also develop a culture of continuous improvement to ensure that both good and bad outcomes are identified. Person required: Experience working with contracts, commercial, sales, procurement, or legal agreements with working knowledge of contracts and standard contracting terms for supply of goods and services. Experience managing vendors and suppliers with strong working knowledge of tools and processes such as Cost Management, Finance/Budget management and Sourcing. High level of competency of the Microsoft suite of tools (in particular excel). Strong organisational and analytical skills with an ability to identify and help deliver process improvements.
