Overview
HR administrator in Penrith required for a fast paced manufacturing business. This is a newly created role and will give you the opportunity to work in a varied, autonomous role. The role will see you assisting the HR Manager with HR administrator tasks and also supporting the General Manager. This role will suit someone who has previous experience working in a HR department who is driven, versatile and well organised. This is a great opportunity to be a pivotal part of the team moving forward. THE JOB: A dual position with the role including both HR and genreral administration responsibilities. In the HR capacity you will be supporting in the delivery of a diverse HR service that includes: Support in the induction of new starters. Assisting in organising performance reviews & probationary reviews Updating HR systems with all in-life employee changes; promotions, salary, benefits Uploading copies of all relevant HR documentation including new starter documents, disciplinary record and contract changes Contributing with HR reporting - departmental reports; absence Responding to telephone and email enquiries which are HR related Supporting the timely process around recruitment Managing the company holidays Ensuring the Time and Attendance system is accurate and up to date Managing the on-site Absence General administration support for the site THE PERSON: Previous experience in working in a similar job role The BENEFITS: Salary £19,000 - £22,000 depending on experience benefits Brewster Partners Office Support & Technical Recruitment is a division of the Brewster Partners Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talent in administration, business support, HR, sales, marketing and purchasing in South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and the Midlands.
