Overview

Exciting Career opportunity for a Internal Technical Sales Manager, joining a leading design and manufacture of advanced closures for high pressure applications serving the Oil & Gas sector. The position will be office based at the Nottinghamshire site. As the Internal Technical Sales Manager, you will Manage the internal sales team on a day to day basis, whilst evaluating customer enquiries and determining the optimum commercial and technical solution. You will be the commercial interface between design engineers, planners and production teams, liaise with customers, suppliers and design agencies to determine and define specifications to enable you to produce customer proposals, managed to completion of sale. The position carries a wide remit and is ideally suited to candidates with experience in the Oil, Gas and Process Industries with an HND (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering. Commercial experience in a relevant industry sector, you may have gained experience within an EPC within estimating or a Bid proposal role and you will be capable of reading and understanding engineering drawings and complex specifications.
