Overview
Our client, a Commercial and Residential property company, now require a Property Manager to join their team in their office based near Cheshunt. Our client have offered residential and commercial property services for over 30 years and have provided a professional service when it comes to letting, selling and buying property around Cheshunt and the surrounding areas. The duties of the successful Property Manager will include the day-to-day maintenance of the properties using our client's tried and trusted contractors. The successful Property Manager will also be responsible for carrying out inspections of the properties as well as carrying out viewings for sales and lettings and chase any overdue rent payments. Property Manager Position Overview Carry out inspections Carry out viewings for lettings and sales Carry out and organise repair issues for grounds rents Chase Homelet claims and keep landlords up to date Put together files and contracts for Lettings Regularly visit and inspect properties Chase AST rent Other duties to be discussed as required Property Manager Position Requirements Full UK driving license Previous experience in a similar position essential Conversant with Homelet (or similar) Knowledge of WinMan is desirable Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Good IT skills Property Manager Position Remuneration Working hours 09:00-17:30 Monday-Friday (no weekends) Competitive salary DOE Other benefits to be discussed as required We, Bennett and Game Recruitment, a technical recruitment agency based in Chichester are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
