Overview
A strong regional firm has an opening for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join the team in Ashby-De-La-Zouch and handle a broad-ranging caseload. Having been established in the area for many years, the firm is well-known across Leicestershire for its high-quality client service and has built up a loyal client base of local businesses, as well as those further afield. The successful corporate commercial solicitor will be handling a caseload of matters on behalf of this client base, including but not limited to: Mergers and acquisitions Registration of companies Advising on commercial contracts Drafting commercial documents such as articles of association, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, sale/purchase agreements Business development and networking with other professionals and contacts with the team Ideally this role would suit a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with upwards of 5 years' PQE who can handle a caseload confidently with minimal supervision.
