Behaviours: Knowledge of relevant procedures Level of customer Service Team Player Health and safety awareness and knowledge Communication Job Description * Permanent Contract * Pay: 9.01 - 9.53 * Location: DE74, Castle Donington, Leicestershire * Monday-Sunday Rotating Shift Pattern * 3 Days (05:30 - 17:30) * 3 Nights (17:30 - 05:30) * 3 Off * Interview Date: Thursday 9th July Overtime always available. Brief duties: * Ensure all instructions, both written and verbal are adhered to. * Provide security escort to all areas of the building as and when required. * Report any issues to the Supervisor or Security Manager. * Complete internal and external patrols. * Report security or safety issues to the Supervisor. * Deal with conflict in an appropriate manner if required. * Write up incidents to the standard expected by Management. * Carry out searches of areas and persons in accordance with Assignment Instructions. * Follow all reasonable requests from the Supervisor or Senior Management * Excellent communication skills to all levels. * A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges. All candidates will need: * 5-year checkable work history * Valid SIA badge * Excellent communication skills. * Excellent customer service skills.
