Are you Quantity Surveying focussed? Have you recently become MRICS chartered and are interested in a change of scenery? My client has an opening for a recently Chartered Quantity Surveyor, 1-2 years, to join their in team in Leeds and work on Retail, Healthcare, Education and Commercial projects. For the last 100 years they have been delivering a wide range of construction consultancy services to clients all across the world. Main Responsibilities and Duties of the Chartered Quantity Surveyor: Preparation of tenders Contract sum analysis Valuations Preparation of cost plans Cost Consultancy on a variety of projects with values of up to £11m Requirements of the Chartered Quantity Surveyor: 5 Years minimum experience with Quantity Surveying Happy with nationwide travel BSc in Quantity Surveying Previous work within a Consultancy Environment Comfortable in a Client facing role On offer for the Chartered Quantity Surveyor: £38,000 - £42,000 Pension Scheme 25 Days' Annual Leave 8 Bank Holidays Car Allowance If this vacancy is of interest, email your CV today to James Wade at Conrad Consulting, or alternatively ring me on 0113 416 6285 for more details.
