Overview
Chartered Building Surveyor job Leeds City Centre Your new company This is a expanding property consultancy with several offices across the UK. They focus on commercial property types, working in regions to reduce travel. Your new role You will be managing your own client base which will involve a 50/50 split between surveying and project work. You will cover the North, Midlands up to the Scottish borders. You will create detailed client reports, present them to Directors, manage your own diary and maintain existing business relationships. What you'll need to succeed You will be a Chartered (MRICS) Building Surveyor who has completed a relevant degree. You will have a strong background in commercial property delivering projects and meeting surveying deadlines. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage client relationships with professional consultative advice and open communication.
