Conrad Consulting's latest surveying opportunity is for an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor, with 2-5 years' experience, to join one of Leeds' top Building Consultancies and work up mainly in Yorkshire. They are a specialist firm of Chartered Project Managers and Building Surveyors and have already established themselves as a reputable consultancy in the North of England. Due to this establishment and the growing needs for their services, they now require a Chartered Building Surveyor to carry out a full range of commercial surveying services on a range of properties, whether it's an individual building or a widespread property portfolio. The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will join a team filled purely with Chartered professionals who all share the same common goal which is to continuously deliver the highest quality of advice to their multi-industry premium client-base. As my client are one of the leading providers of Development Monitoring/Dilapidation advice, these 2 aspects will be one of the main focus areas for the Chartered Building Surveyor.
