Its not all doom and gloom out there I have been given a cracking Chartered Quantity Surveying opportunity with one of my respected Leeds based clients. They are a household name in the world of property consultancy and are looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to work within their Leeds team on a wide variety of commercial and residential projects. For more than 30 years, they have worked on some of the most notable projects in Yorkshire and due to a demand in their services now require a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to deliver the right solutions to maximise their clients' assets and investments. With a healthy portfolio of projects across the company, the Chartered Quantity Surveyor will work on Hotels, Offices and Student Accommodation blocks. They are many peoples company of choice, so this is a fantastic chance to join a thriving team. My client is offering a basic salary of £40-50k depending on experience, exposure to some of the biggest projects in Yorkshire and also the chance to really progress your career.
